about me
I live in the beautiful Hilltowns of Massachusetts with my husband and son. I love to grow, prepare and eat food, make things from fabric and yarn and spend time with my family and friends.
My intention as a doula is to meet women where they are and be a trusted, honest, humble presence on the journey into motherhood. As a birth doula, I hope to ease your passage through labor by providing respectful, skilled, effective physical support and unwavering, loving, non-judgmental emotional support as well as unbiased, evidence-based information to help you make choices that are best for you and your family. As a postpartum doula, I hope to care for you, your family and your home so that you can care for your new baby.
I believe that birth is normal, that you can do it, that families matter, that women are powerful and strong, that your body is your own, that babies are people, that women deserve support as they transition into motherhood and that peace begins with birth and parenting.
